Make 1st-4th rows in height.
Stitches Control:
22.5 stitches x 23 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Cast on 122 stitches with knitting needles 4 and make 1 row (WS) with knit stitches. Continue work with relief pattern. In 179 rows (about 77 cm) from the beginning of work, cast on 102 stitches for the hood along the right edge. Make relief pattern on all the stitches. There are 122 stitches left.
In 179 rows (about 77 cm) from the end of the hood, bind off the rest of the stitches.
Assembly
Make a seam on the hood. Cut 55 threads of mohair yarn 74 cm long each. Join them to the corner of work as a tassel. Its length is 33 cm, i.e., fold the threads in half.
