Crochet a Stylish Hat with YarnArt Summer Yarn

You'll Need:

YarnArt summer yarn (0% cotton, 30% viscose, 400m/100g);

Crochet hook 2.0 mm.

Instructions

6 chain stitches circle and make crochets into it.

Rows Breakdown

1st Row: Make 14 double crochets in the middle of the circle;

2nd Row: 3 stitches increase, 1 chain stitch, *1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch, (1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch, 1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch) from the next stitch; repeat from * to end.

3rd Row: 3 stitches increase, 1 chain stitch, *2 double crochets, 1 chain stitch, (1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch, 1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch) from the next arch; repeat from * to end.

4th Row: 3 stitches increase, 1 chain stitch, *3 double crochets, 1 chain stitch, (1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch, 1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch) from the next arch; repeat from * to end.

5th Row: 3 stitches increase, 1 chain stitch, *4 double crochets, 1 chain stitch, (1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch, 1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch) from the next arch; repeat from * to end.

6th Row: 3 stitches increase, 1 chain stitch, *5 double crochets, 1 chain stitch, (1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch, 1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch) from the next arch; repeat from * to end.

Make the top of your hat 2 cm shorter, as the ornament stretches well. You should get 12 cm. Then crochet to the needed height without making increases. You should crochet in a straight-turning way in order to have a straight ornament. Finish each row with a slip stitch, crochet the 1st and last crochets, 3 stitches of increase, and crochet in the opposite direction in the second arch. Make each row in such a way.

Fasten the edge with another color of yarn using single crochets.
