​Light Crochet Shorts for Baby Boy

You’ll need:

50g of light-blue 100% mercerized cotton;

10g of the same yarn, but white color;

Crochet hook 2,5;

Elastic ribbon – 55 cm.


Size: 9-12 months.

Stitches control: 20 sts = 10 cm.


Instructions

Back

Make 28 chain sts for each pant and work due to the scheme, making 3 double crochets from each outer side. At 4 cm height, connect both pants, make extra 5 chain sts, totally, 59 sts. Continue working due to the scheme to 24 cm height, continue with double crochets. At 26 cm height, finish your work.


Front

Make in the same way, as back.


Assembly

Make seams. Insert the elastic ribbon in the holes of belt. Fasten the edges with 1 row of single crochets with white yarn.

Wet your shorts and let them dry on horizontal surface.
