How to Crochet a Beautiful Hat with Flower Design

You’ll Need:

25g of white yarn (100% mercerized cotton; 220m/50g);

25g of the same yarn, but in pink color;

Crochet hook 1.5;

1 bead.

Head Circumference: 50 cm.

Instructions:

Make 5 chain stitches with white yarn and circle them in the ring. After that, work around according to the scheme to achieve a diameter of 6-7 cm for the ring, increasing 6 stitches in every row. After that, work without increases to the needed depth of the hat – 8-10 cm.

Next, make the brim of your hat. For this, make 2 double crochets under the chain stitches of the previous row.

Brim Rows:

2^nd row: * double crochet in the double crochet of the previous row, 1 chain stitch*; repeat from * to *;

3^rd row: * double crochet in the double crochet of the previous row, 2 chain stitches*;

4^th row: change to pink yarn and make * 2 double crochets, 1 single crochet*; repeat from * to * under the chain stitches of the previous row.

Adding the Flower:

Create a flower according to scheme 2 with pink yarn, place the bead in the center of the flower. Finally, join the flower to the hat to complete your project.
