Crochet Hat and Rose Pattern

You'll Need:

100% cotton yarn in white, red, and green colors;

Bead;

Threads;

Crochet hook size 1.

Instructions

Make 5 chain stitches and circle them into a ring, then make 3 chain stitches.

Row Instructions

• 1st Row: Double crochets;

• 2nd Row: 3 chain stitches increase, *1 double crochet in the 3rd chain stitch, 1 double crochet and 1 chain stitch in one stitch ("V" pattern)*; repeat from * to * for the whole ring;

• 3rd and 4th Rows: Single crochets;

• 5th-9th Rows: Repeat 1st-4th Rows.

Starting from the 10th row, decrease 4-6 stitches in every row. Fit your hat on your girl and continue these actions to achieve the needed size.

Fastening

Cut the green yarn and attach the white yarn.

Row Instructions

• 1st and 2nd Rows: 2 single crochets with white yarn;

• 3rd Row: *4 chain stitches, 1 single crochet in the 3rd stitch from the crochet hook, 2 chain stitches, 1 single crochet in the 2nd of the previous chain stitches*; repeat from * to * to end of row;

• 4th Row: 3 chain stitches increase, *4 double crochets, making an arch, 1 double crochet for the small arch*; repeat from * to * to end of row;

• 5th Row: Repeat the 3rd row, but make single crochets at the top of the arch;

• 6th Row: As 4th Row.

Rose Instructions

• 1st Row: 3 chain stitches increase, 1 double crochet in the 4th stitch, 1 chain stitch, 1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch. As a result, you should get a twisting chain;

• 2nd Row: 3 chain stitches increase, *5 double crochets in the nearest arch, 3 chain stitches, 5 double crochets in the next arch, 3 chain stitches*; repeat from * to * to end of row.

Make the outer edge of lace with single crochet using green yarn. Twist the obtained lace into a spiral, sew the bead in the center, and fasten with threads. Sew the rose onto the hat, and fasten the edges of the hat with the red yarn.
