Crochet Pullover for Kids Aged 7-8 Years



You’ll Need:
100g of white yarn (100% acrylic; 200m/50g);
100g of the same yarn, but in mélange yarn;
Crochet hook 2.
Size:
7-8 years.Used Patterns
Houndstooth pattern: the quantity of stitches is a multiple of 10. Work according to the scheme 1.
Filet net:
- 1st row: * 1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch, skip 1 stitch of the previous row*; repeat from * to *;
- 2nd row: make double crochets above double crochets, chain stitches above chain stitches.
Instructions
Back
Make 60 chain stitches with mélange yarn and work with the main pattern, alternating 1 pattern repeat of mélange yarn and 1 pattern repeat with white yarn. Make 8 pattern repeats in height, 2 rows of filet net, and 1 row of single crochets. Finish your work.
Front
Make in the same way as the back, but with a neck-hole. For this, when there is 1 pattern repeat left to the full height, make 1 row of filet net above the central 3 pattern repeats. Then, leave these stitches open and finish each side separately.
Assembly
Make shoulder and side seams. Fasten neck-hole with fringe according to scheme 2 with white yarn. Fasten the lower edge of the pullover and arm-holes according to scheme 3 with white yarn.
