You’ll need:

50g of 100% cotton yarn of light-blue color (210m/50g);

Crochet hook 1,5;

Light-blue satin ribbon – 1 m.

Size: 3-4 years.

Instructions

At first, make front part with double crochets, the size of stripe is 8 cm height and 60 cm long. Circle it in the ring and make 2 straps on the upper edge with the main pattern of double crochets. The width of 1 stripe is 3 cm, length – 28 cm (see the scheme 14-3).

Sew the strap to the back.

Next step – skirt (from up to down). Start working due to the scheme 14-1.

Make the layer of the pattern with ruffle – 1^st-7^th rows, repeat the 8^th row 9 times, then, continue with the 9^th10th rows, repeat the 11^th row 20 times. Ruffle is 13^th-22^nd rows of the main scheme. Make 3 extra layers from the right side of skirt. Start making ruffle at the 5^th, 16^th, 27^th rows accordingly due to the main scheme, but from the 11^th to 22^nd rows. After making 3 layers of ruffles your skirt is ready.

Fasten the upper edge of front and straps due to the scheme 14-3. Decorate the arm-holes with lace ribbon, sew the satin ribbon along the connection line of front top and skirt, leave loose ends for making bows.
