Crochet Pattern for a Children's Sweater




You’ll Need
100g of light-green 100% cotton yarn (170m/50g);
50g of the same yarn, but in white color;
Crochet hook 2.5.

8 years.
Used Patterns
Pattern for yoke: work due to the scheme 1, on which straight and reversed rows are stated.
Main pattern: due to the scheme 2. Work with circle rows with straight and reversed rows.
Relief pattern: due to the scheme 3, work with circle rows. Repeat 2nd-5th rows.
Colors order: 5 white rows, 20 green rows, 10 white rows, 20 green rows, 5 white rows.
Instructions
Make 63 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase with white yarn and work with pattern for yoke with straight and reversed rows due to the scheme 1. Cut will be placed on back. Increase sts, as it’s stated on the scheme along 4 raglan lines. After that, work in the following way: leave 2 parts of yoke out of work for sleeves, connect front and both halves of back in one-piece cloth (between raglan lines) and work with circle rows due to the scheme 2. At 34 cm height from the set-up row, work lower part due to the scheme 3. At 59 cm height from the set-up row, finish your work above skirt.
Assembly
Make 1 row of single crochets and 1 row of “shrimp stitch” along neck-hole and arm-holes with green yarn.
