Instructions
Back/Front
Cast on 160 stitches with dark-purple yarn and straight knitting needles and make 2 rows of stockinette stitch. Make all the stitches in the next row in the following way: *knit 2 together, yarn over*. Then, knit 2 rows of stockinette stitch. After that, make 11 cm of the relief pattern according to the scheme. Change to light-purple yarn and decrease the stitches in the next row by knitting every 2nd and 3rd stitches together. Knit the next 11 cm with garter stitch, and then make decreases in the same way. After that, knit 2 cm of 1 x 1 rib. Decrease 20 stitches in the next row and continue work with stockinette stitch. At 39 cm from the beginning, bind off 1 x 3 stitches, 2 x 2 stitches, 1 x 1 stitch in every 2nd row from both sides. At 45 cm height, finish your work. Leave the stitches open.
Then, knit the front and back together. Transfer the stitches of the front to the circular knitting needles, cast on 36 stitches for the sleeve, transfer the stitches of the back, and cast on 36 stitches for the second sleeve. Knit 4 cm of 2 x 2 rib around with dark-purple yarn. Then, in the paths of purls, make purl 2 together. After that, knit 2 cm of 2 x 1 rib. Bind off the stitches.
