Create a Stylish Turquoise Crochet Top for Kids Aged 10-11



You’ll Need:
300g of turquoise yarn (47% cotton, 53% viscose; 400m/100g);
Crochet hook 1.25.
Size:
10-11 years.
Stitches Control:
Relief pattern 1: 27 sts = 10 cm;
Relief pattern 2: 4 pattern repeats = 10 cm.
Instructions
Upper Part of Back
Make 92 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and make 1 row of double crochets. Then, work with relief pattern 1. At 15 cm height, decrease 1 x 9 sts from both sides for arm-holes. Then, crochet straight. At 27 cm height, leave the central 40 sts for neck-hole and then finish both sides separately. At 32 cm height, finish your work.
Upper Part of Front
Make in the same way as back, but with deeper neck-hole. For this, at 23 cm height, leave the central 40 sts and finish each side separately. At 32 cm height, finish your work.
Bottom
Make side seams. Work around with relief pattern 2 from the bottom. At 45 cm height (after making the 5th row of the pattern), make 1 row of single crochets and finish your work.
Sleeves
Make 70 chain sts and 1 row of double crochets. Then, work with relief pattern 1. At 16 cm height, leave 9 sts from both sides for sleeve caps and then bind off 10 x 1 st and 3 x 2 sts. At 14 cm height from the beginning of the sleeve cap, finish your work.
Assembly
Make shoulder seams, sew up the sleeves, make sleeve seams. Fasten the edge of neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets.
