​Knit White Dress with Cables

You’ll need:

6/6/7 skeins of Anny Blatt Fine Kid yarn (51% wool, 49% kid mohair; 255m/50g) in white color (0182);

8/9/9 skeins of Baby Blatt yarn (100% wool; 180m/50g) in white (0380) yarn;

Knitting needles 4,5.

Size: S (P1), M (P2), L (P3).

Used Patterns

2 x 2 rib;

Fancy pattern: due to the scheme, cross 3 knit sts to the right to 1 purl: transfer 1 knit st to the auxiliary needle behind work, 3 knit sts, 1 purl from the auxiliary needle, cross 3 knit sts to the left to 1 purl: transfer 3 knit sts to the auxiliary needle in front of work, 1 purl, 3 knit sts from the auxiliary needle, cross 3 knit sts to the right to 3 purls: transfer 3 sts to the auxiliary needle behind work, 3 knit sts, 3 purls from the auxiliary needle, cross 3 knit sts to the left to 3 purls: transfer 3 sts to the auxiliary needle in front of work, 3 purls, 3 knit sts from the auxiliary needle, cross 8 knit sts to the left: transfer 4 sts to the auxiliary needle in front of work, 4 knit sts, 4 knit sts from the auxiliary needle, cross 8 knit sts to the right: transfer 4 sts to the auxiliary needle behind work, 4 knit sts, 4 knit sts from the auxiliary needle.

Stitches control: fancy pattern in 2 threads of yarn: 23 sts x 27 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back

Work from the right side of your work. Cast on 174-180-186 sts and work in 2 threads of yarn due to the scheme.

Front

Make in the same way, as back, except neck-hole line.

Sleeves

Cast on 44-46-48 sts in 2 threads of yarn and make 22 cm of 2 x 2 rib, 1 row of knit sts on WS, double the quantity of sts, totally, 88-92-96 sts. Then, work due to the scheme.

Assembly

Cast on 62-66-70 sts along the bottom of back in 2 threads of yarn, make 2 cm of 2 x 2 rib, bind off all the sts. Knit in the same way along the bottom of front. Cast on 70 sts in 2 threads of yarn along back neck-hole, make 2,5 cm of 2 x 2 rib, bind off all the sts. Cast on 74 sts along front neck-hole. Make shoulder seams. Sew sleeves from both sides from shoulder seams. Make side and sleeve seams.
