RND 1: With Purple, ch14, sc in 2nd ch from hook. Sc in each remaining ch.

RND 2: Ch1, turn. Sc in same st. (Ch1, sk next st, sc in next st) across.

RND 3: Ch1, turn. Sc in each sc and in each ch1 sp.

RNDs 4-13: Repeat RND 2 & RND 3 alternatively, ending with RND 3.

Fasten off.

Edge Instructions

RND 1: Join White with a sc in any corner st. Ch1, sc in same st. Working only in the ch1 sps along the sides (1 row below OR in the 2nd st from the row ends). Work 2 lsc in each ch1 sp, and work (sc, ch1, sc) in each corner. Join with sl st.

RND 2: Ch1, do not turn. Rev sc around entire coaster. Join with sl st.
