Step-by-Step Pattern
Round 1:
Start with a magic ring.

Repeat this step four more times.
Pull the ring tight and join with a SL ST to the top of the initial CH 3. (Total of 6 clusters separated by CH 1 spaces.)
Round 2:
SL ST into the next CH 1 space.

Repeat this step into each CH 1 space. Join with a SL ST to the top of the initial CH 3.
Round 3:
SL ST into the next 2 DC then into the CH 1 space.
