You’ll Need
400g of light-blue Familia Pingouin yarn (100% acryl);
100g of the same yarn, but in dark-blue color;
100g of the same yarn, but in cornflower color;
Knitting needles 6.
Size
Size: S.
Chest circumference: 84 cm;
Hips circumference: 88 cm.
Stitches Control
16 sts x 20 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Back
Cast on 62 sts with light-blue yarn and make 6 cm of 1 x 1 rib. Continue work with stockinette stitch, alternating the stripes of different colors according to the scheme. At 68 cm height, bind off the sts.
Front
Cast on 62 sts and follow the same method as for the back. At 36 cm height, bind off the central 14 sts and finish both sides separately, decreasing 1 st in every 8th row to create the neck-hole. At 68 cm height, bind off the sts of the shoulders.
Sleeves
Cast on 40 sts and make 6 cm of 1 x 1 rib. Continue with stockinette stitch, alternating the stripes of different colors according to the scheme. At 25 cm and 35 cm height, increase 2 sts from both sides. At 53 cm height, bind off the sts.
Assembly
Make side and shoulder seams. Fasten the front and back neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets, followed by 2 rows of each color with 1 x 1 rib.
