Mastering Special Stitches: Elevate Your Crochet Skills with Raised Treble Crochet

Special Stitches

TR/rf (raised treble crochet at front of the fabric): Wrap the yarn around the hook, insert the hook from in front and from right to left around the stem of the appropriate stitch and complete the stitch normally.

The quantity of stitches is a multiple of 2 + 1 + 2 chain stitch increases.

Work 1 row each in colors A, B, and C throughout.

Row Instructions

1st Row (RS): Skip 3 chains, double crochet into the next and each chain to the end, turn.

2nd Row: Chain 3, double crochet in the first stitch, *1 raised treble crochet around the next stitch, double crochet into the next stitch; repeat from * to the end, turn.

Repeat the 2nd row.
