Instructions

Back

Cast on 114 (122) 131 sts with sandy yarn and make 0,5 cm = 2 rows with wrong-side pattern for placket. Continue work due to the stripes order A in the following way: 1 selvage st, 4 (8) 6 sts of stockinette stitch, 104 (104) 117 sts of relief pattern, 4 (8) 6 sts of stockinette stitch, 1 selvage st. In 43 cm = 124 rows from placket, continue work with stockinette stitch due to the stripes order B, decrease 14 (14) 15 sts in the 1st row = 100 (108) 116 sts. In 6 cm = 18 rows (4 cm = 12 rows) 2 cm = 6 rows from patterns change, bind off 1 x 4 sts from both sides for arm-holes, then, bind off 1 x 3 sts and 2 x 1 st in every 2nd row = 82 (90) 98 sts. In 24 cm = 72 rows from patterns change, bind off all sts, the central 48 sts form neck-hole, outer 17 (21) 25 sts – shoulders.

Front

Make in the same way, as back, but in 17,5 cm = 52 rows from patterns change, bind off the central 18 sts for neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 4 sts, 1 x 3 sts, 2 x 2 sts, 4 x 1 st in every 2nd row from inwards. Bind off the rest 17 (21) 25 sts of shoulder at the height of back.

Sleeves

At the same time for wide shape, mae marked decrease of 6 x 1 st from both sides in every 6th row from placket and 5 x 1 st in every 4th row = 50 (54) 58 sts. In 23,5 cm = 70 rows from placket, increase 1 x 1 st for sleeve chamfer, then, 10 x 1 st in every 6th row (10 x 1 st in every 4th and 6th rows) 10 x 1 st in every 4th row = 72 (76) 80 sts. In 46,5 cm = 140 rows (44,5 cm = 134 rows) 42,5 cm = 128 rows from placket, bind off 1 x 3 sts from both side for sleeve caps, then, bind off 1 x 2 sts, 15 (18) 21 x 1 st and 3 x 2 sts in every 2nd row. In 60 cm = 180 rows from placket, bind off the rest 20 (18) 16 sts.
