You’ll need:

700 (800)g of blue Lang Yarns Sempione (55% wool, 35% polyacryl, 10% alpaca; 62m/50g);

Knitting needles 6 and 7;

Circular knitting needles 6.

 

Size: S (L).

 

Used Patterns

1 x 1 rib.

Pearl pattern: * 1 knit st, 1 purl*. Replace sts in WS row in chessboard order.

Rhombs pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 10 + 1 + 2 selvage sts. Work due to the scheme, in WS row, make all sts due to the pattern, make yarn overs as purl. Start with 1 selvage st and sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat and 1 selvage st. Repeat 1st-36th rows.

 

Stitches control: 13 sts x 19,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

 

Instructions

Back

Cast on 113 sts with knitting needles 6 and make 2 cm of rib. Change to knitting needles 7 and work with rhomb pattern. At 46 cm = 90 rows (50 cm = 98 rows) from placket, bind off 1 x 4 sts for shoulder chamfer, then, 11 x 3 sts in every 2nd row. At the same time, in 56,5 cm = 110 rows (60,5 cm = 118 rows) from placket, bind off the central 27 sts for neck-hole and finish both sides separately, bind off 1 x 3 sts in the 2nd row. At 58,5 cm = 114 rows (62,5 cm = 122 rows) from placket, bind off the rest 3 sts of each shoulder.

 

Front

Make in the same way, as back, but with deeper neck-hole. For this, in 50 cm = 98 rows (54 cm = 106 rows) from placket, bind off the central 19 sts, bind off 3 x 2 sts and 1 x 1 st in every 2nd row.

 

Sleeves

Cast on 43 (53) sts with knitting needles 6 and make 2 cm of rib for placket. Change to knitting needles 7 and work with rhombs pattern. At 24,5 cm = 48 rows from placket, bind off sts.

 

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. Cast on 84 sts with circular knitting needles and make 2 cm of rib. Then, bind off sts due to the pattern. Sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams.
