You’ll Need:

150 (200) 200g of mango color yarn (96% cotton, 4% polyester; 150m/50g);

150 (200) 200g of the same yarn, but in papaya color;

150 (200) 200g of the same yarn, but in beige color;

Crochet hook 4.

Size:

S (M) L.

Used Patterns

Main pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 6 + 2. Work due to the scheme.

Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1st-7th rows x once, then, repeat 2nd-7th rows due to the colors order.

Stitches control: 19 sts x 9,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back

Make 86 (92) 104 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase with mango color yarn and work with the main pattern. In 61 (62) 63 cm from the set-up row, skip the central 24 (24) 26 sts for neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 3 sts in the next row from inwards. Finish your work on the rest 28 (31) 36 sts of shoulder in 63 (64) 65 cm from the set-up row.

Front

Make in the same way as back, but with deeper neck-hole. For this, in 53 (54) 55 cm from the set-up row, skip the central 14 (14) 16 sts and bind off 1 x 3 sts, 2 x 2 sts, 1 x 1 st in every next row for smooth rounding. Finish your work on the rest 28 (31) 36 sts of shoulder at the height of back.

Sleeves

Make 44 (50) 50 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase with mango yarn and work with the main pattern. In 12 cm from the set-up row, increase 1 st from both sides for sleeve chamfers and then 9 x 1 st in every 3rd row and 4 x 1 st in every 2nd row (14 x 1 st in every 2nd and 3rd row by turn) 11 x 1 st in every 2nd row and 5 x 1 st in every 3rd row due to the pattern = 72 (80) 84 sts. In 54 cm from the set-up row, finish your work.

Assembly

Make shoulder, side, and sleeve seams. Sew up the sleeves. Fasten neck-hole with 1 circle row of single crochets and 1 circle row of “shrimp stitch” with papaya color yarn.
