In 11 cm = 40 rows from the beginning of collar, bind off all sts as they face.

At the same time, increase 6 x 1 st in every 8th row from both sides for sleeve chamfer, 9 x 1 st in every 6th row (17 x 1 st in every 6th row) 13 x 1 st in every 6th row and 6 x 1 st in every 4th row = 73 (81) 89 sts. In 32,5 cm = 120 rows from placket, bind off 1 x 8 sts from both sides of placket for sleeve caps, then, bind off 24 x 1 st in every 2nd row.
