Main pattern: the quantity of stitches is multiple of 14 + 7 + 3 chain stitches increase. Work according to Scheme 1. Start with stitches before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, and finish with stitches after pattern repeat.

Instructions
For the stripe, make 40 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase and make Fringe A 86 cm = 69 rows long. Then, make 147 (161) double crochets along the side edge of the stripe, then work with the main pattern. In 18 cm = 14 rows of the stripe, make 1 row of double crochets and finish your work. Make side seams.
For straps, make 16 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase and make Fringe B of 35 cm = 28 rows long for each strap. Sew straps to the front and back from both sides of the central 19 cm.
