- Bernat Handicrafter 100% cotton yarn, medium weight (4)
- 5.50 crochet hook
- Scissors

Pattern
Row 1: Chain 4 and slip stitch to the first chain to form a circle, chain 2 and do 12 double crochet (DC) in the circle, slip stitch to the top of the first DC to join (12 DC).
Row 2: Chain 2 and 2 DC in the same stitch, then 2 DC in each stitch around, slip stitch to the top of the first DC to join (24 DC).
Row 3: Chain 2 and 2 DC in the same stitch, 1 DC in the next stitch, 2 DC in the next, repeat around and slip stitch to the top of the first DC to join (36 DC).
Row 4: Chain 2 and 2 DC in the same stitch, DC in the next 2 stitches, 2 DC in the next, repeat around and slip stitch to the top of the first DC to join (48 DC).
Row 5: Chain 2 and 2 DC in the same stitch, DC in the next 3 stitches, 2 DC in the next, repeat around and slip stitch to the top of the first DC to join (60 DC).
Row 6: Chain 2 and 2 DC in the same stitch, DC in the next 4 stitches, 2 DC in the next, repeat around and slip stitch to the top of the first DC to join (72 DC).
