NOTE: ( ) Work everything in the brackets into the same stitch, the petals are ALL worked into the chain 1 space of Rnd 3.
Flower Instructions
Round 1
Ch 2 and work sc 9 into the first ch. Slst to join (9 sts).
Round 2
Ch 1, *2 sc into next st, sc 1 into next st, repeat from * around; join with sl st in the first sc. (18 sts)
Round 3
Ch 1, sc into the base of the ch 1, *skip 1, sc into the next st,* repeat from * to * around. Slip into the first sc to join, and slip along to the FIRST chain 1 space to start the next round (Flower Petals).
1st petal made all into the ch 1 space, repeat around.
Round 4
Working the petals into the chain 1 spaces, *Ch 2, and working into the ch 1, (work dc, trc, ch 2) st, continue working (ch 2, dc, trc, dc, ch 3) into each stitch around; join with sl st in the first dc.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Finishing Touches
Sew a button or large bead in the center of the flower to help fasten your crochet flower to your crochet project.
