You'll Need:

450; 450; 500; 550; 600; 700g of (50% wool, 50% cotton; 110m/50g);

Double-pointed knitting needles 3.5 and 4;

Circle knitting needles 4 with fishing line 60 and 80 cm;

Markers.

Size:

S; M; L; XL; XXL; XXXL.

Used Patterns:

  • Garter stitch: in circle rows - 1 row of knit stitches, 1 row of purls by turn;
  • 2 x 2 rib;
  • Relief pattern: according to the scheme A.1.

Stitches Control:

Control on stockinette stitch: 21 stitches x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Side decreases: don't knit the 3rd stitch to the side marker, knit 2 together, 1 knit stitch, marker, 1 knit stitch, slip 1 stitch, 1 knit stitch, throw slipped stitch through the knit stitch;

Increases on sleeves: make in the lower part of the sleeve, don't knit 1 stitch to the marker, 1 yarn over, 1 knit stitch, marker, 1 knit stitch, 1 yarn over. In the next row knit yarn overs as cross knit stitches;

Raglan: decrease 2 stitches on each raglan line. Don't knit 3 stitches to the marker, knit 2 together, 1 knit stitch, marker, slip 1 stitch as knit stitch, throw slipped stitch through the knit stitch.

Instructions:

Main Part:

At first, knit as one-piece cloth in circle rows, starting from bottom. Cast on 212; 228; 248; 268; 292; 316 stitches with knitting needles 4 and knit 2 rows of garter stitch. Then, allocate the stitches in the following way: 17; 21; 20; 25; 25; 31 knit stitches, 3 purls, * A.1 pattern (= 18; 18; 22; 22; 26; 26 stitches), 6 purls*; repeat from * to * one more time, A.1 pattern, 3 purls, 34; 42; 40; 50; 50; 62 knit stitches, 3 purls, * A.1 pattern, 6 purls*; repeat from * to * one more time, A.1 pattern, 3 purls, 17; 21; 20; 25; 25; 31 knit stitches.

Place one marker at the beginning of the row and one more in 106; 114; 124; 134; 146; 158 stitches. This way we mark the side lines.

Knit 8 cm according to this scheme, then decrease 1 stitch from both sides of the marker. In this row - minus 4 stitches. Repeat decreases every 4.5 cm 7 times for all sizes. You should obtain 184; 200; 220; 240; 264; 288 stitches.

In 39 cm (for all sizes) bind off 8; 8; 10; 10; 12; 14 stitches from both sides: 4; 4; 5; 5; 6; 7 stitches from each side of the marker. There are 84; 92; 100; 110; 120; 130 stitches left for back and front. Leave this detail and start making sleeves.

Sleeves:

Cast on 48; 52; 56; 56; 60; 64 stitches with double-pointed knitting needles 3.5 and make 1 row of knit stitches. Then, turn to 2 x 2 rib. After knitting 6 cm, turn to knitting needles 4 and make 1 row of knit stitches. Make decreases of 4; 6; 8; 6; 8; 10 stitches. There are 44; 46; 48; 50; 52; 54 stitches left. Place a marker at the beginning of the row, marking the center of the lower part of the sleeve.

Continue with stockinette stitch. At a total height of sleeve 10; 7; 7; 10; 7; 7 cm, increase 2 stitches near the marker (see description above). Repeat the increases with an interval of 3; 2.5; 2; 1.5; 1.5; 1.5 cm x 12; 15; 18; 19; 20; 21 times. You should obtain 68; 76; 84; 88; 92; 96 stitches. In 46; 45; 43; 42; 40; 39 cm bind off the central 8; 8; 10; 10; 12; 14 stitches in the lower part of the sleeve. You should have 60; 68; 74; 78; 80; 82 stitches. Leave the first sleeve and make the second one in the same way.

Yoke:

Transfer sleeves and the main part of the jumper to the knitting needles, totaling 288; 320; 348; 376; 400; 424 stitches. Divide the details of the jumper and place markers, stating the 4 raglan lines. Continue work according to the previous scheme and start making raglan decreases (see the description above).

Make 5; 5; 6; 6; 6; 7 decreases in every 4th row, then, 14; 16; 18; 21; 23; 24 decreases in every 2nd row. Totally, 19; 21; 24; 27; 29; 31 decreases. There are 136; 152; 156; 160; 168; 176 stitches left. Knit 2 rows of garter stitch. In the 1st row, make 22; 26; 26; 24; 22; 20 stitches as knit 2 together. In the same row, make decreases in 18; 28; 26; 28; 34; 40 stitches. There are 96; 98; 104; 108; 112; 116 stitches left. Bind off the stitches and sew the sleeves.
