Used Patterns

Knots Edge:

slip the 1st stitch of every row as a knit stitch. Make the last stitch of every row as a knit stitch. Make the edges of all details with knots edge.

Stockinette Stitch:

In RS row – knit stitches; in WS row – purls.

Change of Yarn:

* 1 row with Secondo yarn, 1 row with Pezza yarn. For this, it’s necessary to work with circular knitting needles, alternating 2 RS rows of knit stitches and 2 WS rows of purls.

Marked Increases:

(side chamfers and sleeve chamfers): make 1 cross knit stitch from across yarn after the 2nd stitch in the beginning of row, make 1 cross knit stitch from cross yarn before the last 2 stitches.

Stitches Control:

11.5 stitches x 18 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back:

Cast on 56 (62) 66 stitches with Pezza yarn and knitting needles 8 and make at first 1 WS row of knit stitches. Then, work with stockinette stitch due to change of yarn with knitting needles 10, making knots edge. In 10 cm = 19 rows from the set-up row, make marked increases once from both sides for side chamfers, then, 4 more times in every 12th row = 66 (72) 76 stitches. In 28 cm = 50 rows from the 1st increase, mark arm-holes from both sides and knit straight. In 15 (19) cm = 28 (32) 34 rows from the beginning of arm-holes, bind off 6 (7) 9 stitches from both sides for shoulder chamfers, then, 2 x 7 (8) 8 stitches in every 2nd row. At the same time with the 1st decrease for shoulder chamfer, bind off the central 16 stitches for neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 3 stitches and 1 x 2 stitches in every 2nd row from inwards.

Front:

Make in the same way as back, but with a deeper neck-hole. For this, in 12 (14) 16 cm = 22 (26) 28 rows from the beginning of arm-holes, bind off the central 8 stitches and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 4 stitches, 2 x 2 stitches, and 1 x 1 stitch in every 2nd row from inwards. Make shoulder chamfer from inwards at the height of back.

Sleeves:

Cast on 30 (34) 38 stitches with Pezza yarn and circular knitting needles 8 and at first make 1 WS row of knit stitches. Then, work with stockinette stitch due to change of yarn with knitting needles 10, making knots edge. In 15 cm = 27 rows from the set-up row, make marked increases once from both sides for chamfers, then, 3 more times in every 12th row = 38 (42) 46 stitches. In 25 cm = 46 rows from the 1st increase, bind off stitches loosely.

Assembly:

Make all the seams, side seams only to marks. Fasten neck-hole with 1 circle row of slip stitches with Pezza yarn and crochet hook 8. Sew up the sleeves.
