You’ll Need

Main Pattern of Double Stitches

1^st Row (RS): Turn with the help of 2 chain sts increase, insert crochet hook in the 3^rd chain st increase from the crochet hook and draw the yarn, insert the crochet hook in the next chain st and draw the yarn, catch it and draw it through all 3 sts on the crochet hook.

2^nd Row: Turn with the help of 2 chain sts increase, insert the crochet hook in the 1^st st and draw the yarn, insert crochet hook in the next st and draw the yarn, catching the yarn and draw it through all 3 sts on the crochet hook. *Insert crochet hook in the same st and draw the yarn, insert crochet hook in the next st and draw the yarn, catching the yarn and draw it through all 3 sts on the crochet hook*; repeat from * to *, finish the row by inserting the crochet hook in the same st, draw the yarn through the st, insert the crochet hook in the 2^nd st of the previous row, draw the yarn, catch the yarn and draw it through all 3 sts on the crochet hook.

Repeat the 2^nd row.

Increases: In the beginning of RS row, turn with the help of 2 chain sts increase, insert the crochet hook in the 1^st st and draw the yarn, insert the crochet hook in the next st and draw the yarn, catching the yarn and draw it through all 3 sts on the crochet hook. Repeat these actions one more time = 1 double st is increased.

At the end of the RS row: Crochet to the double st before the last double st. Make 1 double st in the same double st x twice, then make the last double st.

Stitches Control

18 sts x 24 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back

Start from the lower edge of the right sleeve. Make 28 (30) 32 (34) chain sts with crochet hook 5, turn to the crochet hook 3.5. Continue work with the main pattern of double sts. Make a mark from RS in order to make increases only from RS. In 10 rows, increase 1 double st from both sides. Repeat these increases in every 10^th row. Increase 1 st from both sides (in every 10^th row) x 9 times, make 3 (5) 7 (9) rows and make 63 (65) 67 (69) chain sts from the end of WS row with crochet hook 5 for back side edge.

After that, turn to crochet hook 3.5 again and make the 1^st row of the main sts on set-up chain in the same way, as for sleeves. In 21 (22) 23 (24) cm from side edge, start forming neck-hole: for smooth rounding, make the next 3 knit sts of the row, finish in 3, 2, 1 double st before (before chain st increase of the previous row). In 30 (32) 34 (36) cm from side edge, make a mark in the center of back and make the second half of back in reflection to the first side by making 1, 2, 3 sts (with crochet hook 5) for smooth rounding, making decreases instead of increases by making 2 double sts together.

Front

Make in the same way as back but with a deeper neck-hole: finish the rows before to 10, 4, 3, 2, 1, 1, 1 st before chain st increase of the previous row and make 1, 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 10 sts (with crochet hook 5).

Assembly

Make upper sleeve/shoulder seams, lower sleeve/side seams.
