1st row (RS): purl;

2nd row: knit;

3rd row: purl;

4th row: 1 purl, * 7 purls, 3 slip sts, 4 purls*; repeat from * to *, 4 purls;

5th row: 4 knit sts, * 4 knit sts, 3 slip sts, 7 knit sts*; repeat from * to *, 1 knit st;

6th row: as the 4th row;

7th row: as the 5th row;

8th row: as the 4th row;

9th, 10th, 11th rows: as the 1st, 2nd, 3rd rows;

12th row: 1 purl, 3 slip sts, * 11 purls, 3 slip sts*; repeat from * to *, 1 purl;
