The quantity of stitches is a multiple of 10 + 1.

Start and finish every row with 1 selvage stitch.

Row Instructions

1st Row (WS): * 3 purls, knit 2 together to the left, 1 yarn over, 1 knit stitch, 1 yarn over, 1 broaching, 2 purls*; repeat from * to *, 1 purl;

2nd Row and all the even rows: purl;

3rd Row and 11th Row: * 3 purls, 5 knit stitches, 2 purls*; repeat from * to *, 1 purl;

5th Row: * 2 purls, knit 2 together to the left, 1 yarn over, 3 knit stitches, 1 yarn over, 1 broaching, 1 purl*; repeat from * to *, 1 purl;
