Rib Pattern

The quantity of stitches is multiple of 3 + 1 + 2 selvage stitches.

RS row: * Cross 1 knit stitch, 2 purls*; repeat from * to *, finish with 1 cross knit stitch;

WS row: * Cross 1 purl, 2 knit stitches*; repeat from * to *, finish with 1 cross purl;

Circle rows: the quantity of stitches is multiple of 3. Make 1 cross knit stitch, 2 purls by turn.

Slipped Stitches Pattern

The quantity of stitches is multiple of 3 + 1 + 2 selvage stitches. Work according to the scheme, on which both RS and WS rows are stated. Start with 1 selvage stitch, pattern repeat, finish with 1 stitch after pattern repeat and 1 selvage stitch. Make 1^st-6^th rows once, then repeat 3^rd-6^th rows according to the color order.

Stitches Control:

21.5 stitches x 41 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back

Cast on 102 (111) 120 stitches with sandy yarn and knitting needles 4 and make 4 cm of rib. Then, change to knitting needles 4.5 and work with the pattern of slipped stitches. In 59.5 cm = 244 rows from rib, bind off 5 (6) 7 stitches from both sides for sleeve chamfers and 3 x 5 (6) 7 stitches in every 2^nd row. At the same time, in 60 cm = 246 rows from rib, bind off the rest 6 (6) 7 stitches of shoulder from both sides.

Front

Make in the same way as back, but with a deeper neck-hole. For this, bind off the central 22 (23) 22 stitches in 49.5 cm = 202 rows from rib and 1 x 4 stitches, 2 x 2 stitches, 2 x 1 stitch in every 2^nd row and 4 x 1 stitch in every 4^th row.

Sleeves

Cast on 57 (63) 69 stitches with sandy yarn and knitting needles 4 and make 6 cm of rib, finishing with 1 RS row. Then, turn your work and continue with knitting needles 4.5 and the pattern of slipped stitches. In 11.5 cm = 48 rows from rib, increase 1 stitch from both sides for sleeve chamfers (12 x 1 stitch in every 10^th and 12^th row by turn) 13 x 1 stitch in every 10^th row = 81 (89) 97 stitches, including the increased stitches in the pattern. In 47 cm = 192 rows from rib, bind off 5 stitches from both sides for sleeve caps and 5 x 5 stitches (3 x 5 stitches and 2 x 6 stitches) 1 x 5 stitches and 4 x 6 stitches in every 2^nd row. In 50 cm = 204 rows from rib, bind off the rest 21 (25) 29 stitches.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. Cast on 150 stitches along the neck-hole line with circular knitting needles and sandy yarn, make 4 cm of rib for the placket and bind off the stitches according to the pattern. Sew up the sleeves, and make side and sleeve seams.
