Relief Turquoise Tunic

Apr 21, 2021 10:43 PM

You’ll need:

400g of turquoise Novelty yarn (50% ProModal, 50% cotton; 200m/50g);

Crochet hook 2,5.

Size: S.

Note: tunic is made from up to down.

Upper Part of Front

Make 100 chain sts + 4 chain sts increase for one half, work with main pattern for 4 rows straight. Then, increase 15 x 4 sts in every row from inwards for neck-hole chamfer. Make the second half in symmetry.

Then, connect both halves, making V-shape neck-hole and then work as one-piece cloth. For smooth passing from of sleeve, make decreases from both sides (5 rows). There should be 11 pattern repeat left after these decreases. Leave your work.

Upper Part of Back

For one half, make 100 chain sts + 4 chain sts increase, make 3 rows of the main pattern straight. Leave your work. Make the second half in symmetry. Then, for neck-hole, make 62 chain sts between both chain and work as one-piece cloth to the height of front.

Lower Part

Connect front and back and continue work as one-piece cloth for 39 circle rows.

Make lower sleeves seams. Fasten neck-hole in the following way:

1st-2nd rows: single crochets;

3rd row: * 1 single crochet, 1 chain st, skip 1 st of the previous row*; repeat from * to *;

4th row: single crochets.

Fasten the lower edge of tunic and sleeves with 3 rows of single crochets.
