1st row: * 1 double crochet, 1 chain stitch, skip 1 stitch of the previous row*; repeat from * to *;
2nd row: make double crochets above double crochets, chain stitches above chain stitches.
Instructions
Back
Make 110 chain stitches with light-blue yarn and work with the main pattern, alternating 1 light-blue and 1 turquoise pattern repeat in height. When 15 rows of the houndstooth pattern are made, make 2 rows of filet net and finish with 1 row of single crochets. Complete your work.
Front
Make in the same way as the back, but with a neck-hole. For this, leave the central 4 pattern repeats open after 15 rows of the houndstooth pattern, and then make each shoulder separately with 2 rows of filet net and 1 row of single crochets.
Sleeves
Make 80 chain stitches with light-blue yarn and work with the main pattern, completing 7 pattern repeats of the main pattern in height, alternating the stripes in the same way as for the back. Then, make 1 row of filet net and finish with 1 row of double crochets. Create the second sleeve in the same way.
Assembly
Make shoulder, side, and sleeve seams. Sew the sleeves into the armholes. Fasten the neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets using light-blue yarn, then secure with fringe according to Scheme 2 with turquoise yarn. Lastly, fasten the bottom of your pullover and sleeves with fringe according to Scheme 3 with turquoise yarn.
