How to Knit a Stylish Raglan Pullover

You’ll Need:

400g of crimson color yarn (50% wool, 50% acrylic; 300m/100g).

Straight and circular knitting needles size 3.

Front and Back:

Cast on 60 stitches and divide them in the following way: 7 stitches for half of the front, 12 stitches for the sleeve, 22 stitches for the back, 12 stitches for the second sleeve, and 7 stitches for the second half of the front. Work, increasing 1 stitch in every 2^nd row before and after the raglan lines. Make the stitches of raglan as knit stitches. Increase 1 stitch in every 2^nd row along the V-shaped neck-hole. Make edge stitches as knit stitches. When the depth of the neck-hole is 16 cm and the length ofraglan lines is 24 cm, leave the stitches for the sleeves and work with the back and front with circular rows. At 40 cm height from the set-up row, bind off all the stitches. Make a stripe of 80 cm long according to the scheme. Sew the stripe to the bottom of the pullover. Then cast on 120 stitches along the bottom of the pullover and make 6 cm of 1 x 1 rib. Bind off all the stitches.

Sleeves:

Work with the patterns order. At 48 cm, bind off all the stitches. Make a stripe of 36 cm long according to the scheme and sew it to the sleeves.

Fasten the neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets.
