Crochet hook 5.5.

Size

38 x 40.5 cm

Stitches Control

3 pattern repeats = 6.5 cm.

Instructions

Make 57 chain sts.

First Row

2 double crochets in the 3rd st from crochet hook, * skip 2 sts, (1 single crochet, 2 double crochets) in the next st; repeat from * to * to the last 3 sts, skip 2 sts, 1 st in the last st = 18 pattern repeats, turn.

Second Row

2 chain sts, 2 double crochets in the 1st crochet, * skip 2 crochets, (1 single crochet, 2 double crochets) in the next st; repeat from * to * finish with 1 single crochet in the last st, turn.

Repeat the second row until you reach a height of 40.5 cm, don't cut the yarn.

Fastening

2 chain sts, 2 double crochets in the 1st crochet, * skip next 2 crochets, (1 single crochet, 2 double crochets) in the next st; repeat from * around your work, finish with a slip st.

Your plaid is ready. As you see, it's very simply made.
