You’ll Need:
150g of grey 100% woolen yarn;
50g of the same yarn, but in light-grey color;
Double pointed knitting needles 2.5.
Used Patterns
- 2 x 2 rib;
- Stockinette stitch: in circle row: knit sts;
- Relief patterns A-C: work due to the schemes A-C. Make knit sts in all even circle rows.
Stitches Control
Stockinette stitch: 30 sts x 42 rows = 10 x 10 cm;
Patterns A-C: 26 sts x 42 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Cast on 60 sts (15 sts on every needle) and make 3 cm of rib. Continue work with stockinette stitch, making 3 central sts of the 2nd needle according to scheme D. At the same time, change the central 9 sts of the 1st and 3rd knitting needles for increases of 10 x 1 st in every 20th row (1 cross knit st from broaching) = 100 sts. In 55 cm from the set-up row, make 3 cm of rib, then bind off all the sts.
Divide all the increased sts to the 2nd and 4th needles.
