Materials

WORSTED WEIGHT (4)

  • Small amount (2/10 ounce) of worsted weight yarn
  • Size H (5.0mm) crochet hook
  • Plastic Easter egg

Size:
Fits plastic eggs that are about 2 ½ inches tall and 5 ½ inches in circumference

Notes:
1. Read pattern all the way through before beginning.
2. Pull your slipstitches tight; you want them to almost disappear.
3. The eggs I used are from Wal-Mart, $2 for 42 eggs. To fit slightly larger eggs, use the pattern for lightweight yarn (below), or try using a size I (5.5mm) hook.
