Instructions
Lower Part of Dress
Skirt
Make 211 (231) 251 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with shells pattern = 21 (23) 25 pattern repeats + 1 st. In 35 cm from the set-up row, circle your work in the ring, placing the beginning of the 1st circle row in the middle of the back part. Don’t make the last double crochet; finish every circle row with 1 slip st in the initial chain st increase of the previous row. For better fitting, in 6 cm, increase 2 pattern repeats (see rows A and B on the scheme). Repeat this increase in 18 cm = 25 (27) 29 pattern repeats in a row. Mark sides in 72 cm from the beginning. For this, mark 4 (4.5) 5 pattern repeats for the back part and 7 (8) 9 pattern repeats for the front part. Sts between front and back parts form sides of the skirt. Decrease 1 pattern repeat inside each of the side parts in 3 circle rows from the marker. For this, make 3 treble crochets instead of 5 in 3 neighboring groups. Work due to the scheme from both sides of the decreased groups. Then, make 3 circle rows without decreases and decrease 1 more pattern repeat from both sides = 21 (23) 25 pattern repeats. In 88 cm from the set-up row, finish your work.
Upper Part
Front
Make 64 (70) 76 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with weavers pattern. For size S, start with st from arrow A and finish near arm-hole rounding, leaving 1 cm from both sides in the next row. For neck-hole, in 33 cm from the set-up row, leave the central 8 cm and finish both parts separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 3 cm and 2 x 1 cm in every next row from inwards. In 46 cm from the set-up row, finish your work on the rest sts of shoulders.
Back
Make in the same way, but with a higher neck-hole. For this, leave the central 18 cm in 38 cm from the set-up row. Finish your work on the rest sts of shoulders at the height of the front.
Assembly
Make shoulder and side seams. Sew the upper part to the lower part.
