21 stitches x 32 rows = 10 x 10cm.

Instructions

Skirt

Cast on 180 stitches with the auxiliary yarn and make 4 rows with stockinette stitch. Then make lace pattern with the main yarn for 108 rows (6 pattern repeats). Bind off in the 109th row with the help of a crochet hook: * 3 stitches together, arch of 7 chain stitches*; repeat from * to * to end of the row. Finish with a slip stitch. Take out the auxiliary yarn. Totally, there are 180 stitches, which you should divide in half: 90 stitches for the front part and 90 stitches for the back.

Back

This part is made with stockinette stitch. Make decreases for the waist from both sides: 1 stitch x 1 in the 5th row, 1 stitch x 3 in the 10th row. There are 82 stitches left. Make increases from both sides in the 43rd row from the lace edge: 1 stitch x 4 in the 8th row, 1 stitch x 3 in the 6th row. There are 100 stitches in work.

For forming armholes, make decreases in the 69th row from the edge of the lace from both sides, 3 stitches: in even rows 2 stitches x 2, 1 stitch x 2, 1 stitch x 5 in the 4th row. You should get 72 stitches. In the 19th row from the armholes beginning, divide the stitches into two parts. Make decreases for the neck-hole (see the pattern design) along the inner edge in even rows of 1 stitch x 21 - see the scheme: knit 3 together, 2 yarn overs, knit 2 together, 1 selvedge stitch. There are 15 stitches. Bind off the stitches in the 61st row from the bottom part. Make the next shoulder in reflection to the first.

Front

Make in the same way as the back. In the 99th row from the lace edge, divide your work into two parts. For the neck-hole, bind off 1 stitch x 3 in the even rows along the inner edge, * 1 stitch in the 2nd and 4th rows*; repeat from * to * 8 times - see the scheme: 1 selvedge stitch, stockinette stitch, knit 2 together, 2 yarn overs, knit 2 together, 1 selvedge stitch. There are 15 stitches. Bind off the stitches in the 61st row from the bottom part. Make the next shoulder in reflection to the first.

Assembly

Sew sides and shoulders. Fasten the armholes and neck-hole with the "shrimp stitch" by means of a crochet hook.
