The quantity of stitches is odd. Work according to scheme 1. Start with stitches before the pattern repeat, follow the pattern repeat, and finish with stitches after the pattern repeat.

Arches Pattern:

The quantity of stitches is a multiple of 12 + 1. Execute in the same way as the main pattern, but according to scheme 2.

Purl Pattern:

The quantity of stitches is a multiple of 8 + 1. Follow the same method as the main pattern, but according to scheme 3.

Stitch Control:

Main Pattern: 15 stitches x 8.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

Arches Pattern: 18 stitches x 8.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

Purl Pattern: 16 stitches x 8.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back:

Make 85 (97) chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase and work with the main pattern. In 30 cm from the set-up row, finish your work. Then, fasten the set-up row with 109 (121) single crochets and continue working with the arches pattern. In 12 cm = 10 rows from the beginning of the arches pattern, finish your work.

For the upper detail, make 65 (73) chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase and work with the purl pattern. In 10 cm from the set-up row, bind off 4 cm from both sides for armholes, and then, 3 x 1 cm in the next row for the neck-hole. In 14 cm from the set-up row, skip the central 19 (23) cm for the neck-hole and proceed with the main pattern for the straps. In about 12 cm from the beginning of the straps, finish your work. Then, fasten the set-up row with 73 (85) single crochets and continue working with the arches pattern. In 12 cm = 10 rows of the arches pattern, finish your work.
