Single crochets: start every row with 1 chain stitch increase instead of the 1st single crochet.

Double crochets: start every row with 3 chain stitches increase instead of the 1st double crochet.

Pattern on 7 initial stitches: work according to the scheme. Turn the row, as stated on the scheme. Start with stitches before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with stitches after pattern repeat. Make 1st-7th rows once.

Stitches Control

23 stitches x 10 rows = 13 x 10 cm;

Pattern according to the scheme: 7 rows = 7 cm.

Instructions

Back

Make 79 (86) 93 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase with crochet hook 3 and work according to the scheme. Make 1st-7th rows once. Then, switch to crochet hook 3.5 and work with double crochets, decreasing 28 stitches in the 23rd (27th) 31st row by means of making 2 stitches together. Make 7 rows according to the scheme on the remaining 51 (58) 65 stitches. Make 36 (43) 50 chain stitches at the end of the last row. Finish your work.

Front

Make in the same way as the back.

Yoke

Make side seams and start making yoke in the center of the back. Make 25 (29) 32 double crochets in the 1st row for the left sleeve and make 36 (43) 50 double crochets on chain stitches for the front, make 50 (58) 62 double crochets for the right sleeve and 36 (43) 50 double crochets and make 25 (29) 32 double crochets = 172 (202) 226 stitches. At first, make 1st (2nd) 3rd row without decreases.

2nd (3rd) 4th row: decrease every 5th stitch;

3rd (4th) 5th row: without decreases;

4th (5th) 6th row: decrease every 4th stitch;

5th (6th) 7th row: without decreases;

6th (7th) 8th row: decrease every 3rd row;

7th and 8th (8th and 9th) 9th and 10th rows: without decreases.

Change to crochet hook 3, starting from the 9th (10th) 11th row, make 2 more rows and finish your work.

Assembly

Fasten armholes and neck-hole with 1 circle row of single crochets and 1 circle row of “crab stitch” with crochet hook 3. Make 3 hanging loops. Sew buttons.
