Knitting Instructions for Lino Color Yarn

You’ll Need:

300 (350)g of mélange Lino Color yarn (100% linen; 110m/50g);

Knitting needles 4.5.

Size:

S (L).

Used Patterns

Wrong-Side Pattern:

In RS row – purls, in WS row – knit sts.

Stockinette Stitch:

In RS row – knit sts, in WS row – purls.

Main Pattern:

The quantity of sts is multiple of 3 + 1 + 2 selvage sts. Work due to the scheme, in which both RS and WS rows are stated. Start with 1 selvage st and sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat and 1 selvage st. Make 1^st-12^th rows x once, then, repeat 7^th-12^th rows for front and back x 10 (11) times and x 5 times for sleeves, finish with 1^st-8^th rows = totally, 80 (86) rows for front and back or 50 rows for sleeves.

Stitches Control:

18 sts x 18.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back:

Cast on 93 (105) sts and work with the main pattern. In 43 cm = 80 rows (46.5 cm = 86 rows) from the set-up row, bind off all sts, the central 47 sts form neck-hole, outer 23 (29) sts from each side – shoulders.

Front:

Make in the same way as back.

Sleeves:

Cast on 75 (87) sts and work with the main pattern. In 27 cm = 50 rows from the set-up row, bind off all sts.

Assembly:

Make shoulder seams. Sew up sleeves, make side and sleeve seams.
