Crochet hook 3.5.
Size
S-M.
Stitches Control
13 sts x 6.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Note
Make the shape of the shawl by means of decreases: decrease 2 sts from both sides and 4 sts from the center, except for the 1st row, decrease only the central 2 sts in this row.
Instructions
Make 308 chain sts and work with the main pattern according to scheme 1. After making the 20th row, the length of work is 30 cm, which equals 162 sts. For arm-holes, make 30 sts, skip the following 26 sts with the help of slip st (arm-hole), make 50 sts, skip the next 26 sts with the help of slip st (arm-hole), and make 30 sts. Create 26 chain sts in the next row instead of the skipped sts from the previous row. Work the remaining sts according to the pattern.
Neck-Hole
When the length of work is 24 cm (15 rows) from the beginning of the arm-hole (a total of 42 sts in the row), cut the yarn and bind off sts.
Sleeves
Work along the edges of the arm-holes with circular rows. Make 52 double crochets along the first arm-hole and continue working with the main pattern according to scheme 2. When the length of the sleeve is 46 cm, cut the yarn and bind off sts. Make the second sleeve in the same way.
