Lace Pattern
The quantity of stitches is multiple of 6 + 1. Work according to scheme 1. Start with stitches before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, and finish with stitches after pattern repeat.
Complete rows 1 to 12 once, then repeat rows 5 to 12.Picot Pattern
The quantity of stitches is multiple of 5 + 2. Work according to scheme 2. Start with stitches before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, and finish with stitches after pattern repeat. Complete rows 1 to 3 once, then repeat rows 2 to 3.
Stitches Control:
- Lace pattern: 15 stitches x 8 rows = 10 x 5 cm;
- Picot pattern: 18 stitches x 9 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Note:
Make front and back as one-piece cloth.
Instructions
Front and Back
For the right front, make 109 chain stitches + 1 chain stitch increase very loosely and work with lace pattern.
For the first arm-hole, in 45 cm (36 rows) from the set-up row, skip 20 cm (5 pattern repeats) from the left side (30 set-up stitches).
Make 2.5 cm (2 rows) according to the pattern on the remaining stitches, then make 30 chain stitches from the left side and work on all the stitches according to the pattern.
In 25 cm (20 rows) from the arm-hole, mark the center of the back and work in symmetry to the first half.
Sleeves
Make 62 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase very loosely and work with picot pattern. In 40 cm (36 rows) finish your work.
Assembly
Make sleeve seams. Sew up the sleeves. Make shoulder seams to 15 cm wide.
