Instructions
Back
Cast on 63 stitches with white yarn and knitting needles 4.5, and work with pearled rib. In 4 cm from the beginning of work, change to knitting needles 5 and work with the main pattern using light-blue yarn. In 10 cm from the beginning of work, decrease 6 x 1 stitch in every 2nd row from both sides for better fitting. Then, increase 5 x 1 stitch in every 5th row. In 41 cm from the beginning of work, bind off 7 stitches from both sides for armholes. In 16 cm from the beginning of armholes, bind off the central 21 stitches for the neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 2 x 2 stitches and 1 x 1 stitch in every 2nd row. In 60 cm from the beginning of work, bind off the remaining 8 stitches.
Front
Cast on 65 stitches with white yarn and knitting needles 4.5, and work with pearled rib. In 4 cm from the beginning of work, change to knitting needles 5 and make 3 parts separately: 28 stitches with the main pattern using light-blue yarn and knitting needles 5, 9 stitches of pearled rib with white yarn and knitting needles 4.5, and 28 stitches of the main pattern with light-blue yarn and knitting needles 5. In 10 cm from the beginning of work, decrease 7 x 1 stitch in every 2nd row from the outer side of both sides. Then, increase 6 x 1 stitch in every 5th row from the outer side for side chamfers. In 18 cm from the beginning of work, decrease 12 x 1 stitch in every 6th row from inwards for neck-hole chamfer. In 41 cm from the beginning of work, make armhole in the same way as back. In 60 cm from the beginning of work, bind off the remaining 8 stitches. Increase 5 x 1 stitch in every 2nd row from both sides on the central placket in 18 cm from the beginning of work. In 25 cm from the beginning of work, bind off the central stitch for V-shape neck-hole and finish both sides separately. In 60 cm from the beginning of work, sew the plackets to the sides and continue work along the back neck-hole, connecting the stitches of the placket with the stitches of the back.
Sleeves
Cast on 35 stitches with white yarn and knitting needles 4.5 and work with pearled rib. In 4 cm from the beginning of work, change to knitting needles 5 and work with the main pattern using light-blue yarn. In 11 cm from the beginning of work, change to knitting needles 4.5 and work with pearled rib with white yarn. In 15 cm from the beginning of work, change to knitting needles 5 and work with the main pattern using light-blue yarn. In 22 cm from the beginning of work, change to knitting needles 4.5 and work with pearled rib with white yarn. In 26 cm from the beginning of work, change to knitting needles 5 and work with the main pattern. In 15 cm from the beginning of work, increase 5 x 1 stitch in every 12th row (resulting in 45 stitches). In 48 cm from the beginning of work, bind off 4 stitches from both sides for sleeve caps and perform 1 x 2 stitches, 14 x 1 stitch in every 2nd row. In 63 cm from the beginning of work, bind off the remaining 5 stitches.
