Relief Pattern

The quantity of sts is a multiple of 3 + 1 selvedge st.

1^st and 3^rd rows: knit;

2^nd and 4^th rows: purl;

5^th row: 1 selvedge st, * 1 double broaching: slip 1 knit st, knit2tog, draw it through the slipped st, 2 yarn overs*; repeat from * to * to the last st, 1 yarn over, 1 selvedge st;

6^th row: all sts and yarn overs as purls. Make 2 neighboring yarn overs in the following way: 1^st yarn over – as purl, 2^nd yarn over – cross knit st.

Repeat 1^st-6^th rows.

Boucle Pattern

The quantity of sts is a multiple of 4 + 1 selvedge st.

1^st row (RS): purl;

2^nd row: 1 selvedge st, * knit3tog, 1 purl, 1 knit st, purl3tog*; repeat from * to *, finish the row with 1 selvedge st;

3^rd row: purl;

4^th row: 1 selvedge st, purl3tog, knit3tog, 1 purl, 1 knit st*; repeat from * to *, finish with 1 selvedge st.

Repeat 1^st-4^th rows.

Stitches Control

Relief pattern with knitting needles 5.5: 15 sts x 26 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

Boucle with knitting needles 5: 22 sts x 22 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back

Start with the left sleeve and knit across. Cast on 26; 29; 32 sts with auxiliary yarn and knitting needles 5 and then, make 1 row of purls with the main yarn. Then, turn to the relief pattern. Make 6 cm in height. Leave your work. Make the second initial part of the sleeve, using the previous description. Now, knit the whole work. Transfer one part of the sleeve on working needles, cast on 19 sts and transfer the second part of the sleeve. Totally, 71; 77; 83 sts. In 17; 19; 21 cm from the beginning of work, place a marker on the turning line to back. After making 38; 42; 46 cm, mark its end. Then, knit the sleeve. Work in reflection: 17; 19; 21 cm of one-piece cloth. Then, bind off the central 19 sts. Make 6 cm in height of the edging 26; 19; 32 sts. Leave the sts.

Front

Cast on 86; 94; 102 sts with knitting needles 5 and work with boucle pattern straight for 39; 43; 47 cm. Then, bind off the central 20 sts for the neck-hole. Form the smooth neck-hole line with step-by-step decreases: 4 sts x 2 in every even row, then, 2 sts x 3. At 46; 50; 54 cm, bind off the rest 19; 23; 27 sts.

Assembly

Take off the auxiliary yarn from the sleeves and sew them. Connect the sts in the places of connection with kitchener stitch. Sew the front part between sleeves. Make shoulder seams to 8; 10; 12 cm wide. Fasten the neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets by means of the crochet hook.
