Cut the thread, fasten. Leave the tip for sewing.

Sew on the leaf and the stem. With a sewing needle and thread pierce through the apple and tighten slightly.

Eyes painted with acrylic paint on the fabric, cut and glue after drying.

Glue eyes for worm.

Embroider a smile with a black thread.

Glue head and tail to different sides of apple. You may apply some tinting (optional).
