Set aside.

Place the front and back together, right sides out. Join C3 to bottom right of the pillow, sc around the pillow, stitching the front and back together. Leave a 5 inch opening for stuffing. Stuff the pillow and sc closed the opening.

I did open the end of the pillow and remove some stuffing so the top fit in the avocado better.

Join to the 1st sc with a slst and tie off. Weave in your ends.

Eyes: Make 2

With white Med (4) yarn and H/5 mm hook, ch 2, 10 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, join to the 1st sc, tie off leaving a 12 inch tail of yarn. Sew onto front of avocado pillow (10 sc). With black yarn, stitch a French knot in the center of each eye.

Pink Cheeks: Make 2

With pink Med (4) yarn and H/5 mm hook, ch 2, 10 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, join to the 1st sc, tie off leaving a 12 inch tail of yarn. Sew onto front of avocado pillow (10 sc).

With needle and pink yarn, embroider on a smile between the cheeks.

Optional Bow

With yarn of choice, cut a piece of yarn about 12 inches long, set aside. Wrap the yarn around your three fingers 8 times. Lay the wrapped yarn across the cut piece of yarn, wrap 2 times, and tie a knot. Do not cut yarn. Leave it in loops.

Use the piece of yarn to attach to the avocado.
