Make in the same way as back, but with neck-hole. For this, in 40 cm from the set-up row, leave the central 24 cm. For neck-hole chamfers, decrease 4 x 1 cm in every row. At 48 cm height from the set-up row, finish your work.
Sleeves
Make 49 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work due to the scheme 1, increase 1 st in every 6th row from both sides for sleeve chamfers. In 46 cm from the set-up row, finish your work.
Assembly
Make all the seams, fasten neck-hole with 1 circle row of picots: 1 single crochet, * 3 chain sts, 1 single crochet in the 1st chain st, 1 single crochet*; repeat from * to *. Make fringe due to the scheme 2. Sew fringe to the bottom of pullover and sleeves.
