Crochet Shawl Instructions and Materials List

You’ll Need:

300g of beige Novita Nalle yarn (75% wool, 25% polyamide; 280m/100g);

100g of mélange grey Novita Nalle Taika yarn (75% wool, 25% polyamide; 260m/100g);

200g of green Novita Wool yarn (100% wool; 135m/50g);

Crochet hook 4.

Size:

52 x 180 cm (without fringe).

Stitches Control:

22 sts = 10 cm.

Instructions:

Make 366 chain sts (= 30 pattern repeats of relief pattern due to the scheme + 6 sts) + 3 chain sts increase with green yarn (the length of chain is about 180 cm). Work with relief pattern due to the scheme.

Color Alternation:

Alternate the colors of stripes in the following way:

• 1^st row: green;
• 2^nd-3^rd rows: beige;
• 4^th-5^th rows: green;
• 6^th row: mélange;
• 7^th row: green.

Repeat 1^st-7^th rows x once, then repeat 2^nd-7^th rows x 6 times, make 2^nd-5^th rows in the end and finish your work.

Fringe Decoration:

Decorate short sides of shawl with fringe. For this, cut threads of yarn 40 cm long, fold 1 thread of each color yarn for every tassel and knot them in 1 cm distance from one another.
