Crochet around as follows:

Row Instructions

1st row: * 9 half double crochets *;

2nd row: * 2 half double crochets in each st *;

3rd row: * 1 puff double crochet in each st, 1 chain st. Totally, 18 puff double crochets *;

4th row: * 2 double crochets under 1 chain st, 1 puff double crochet under the next chain st, puff double crochet, 1 chain st *;

5th row: * 2 double crochets under 1 chain st, 1 puff double crochet under chain st, 1 puff double crochet, 1 chain st *;

6th row: * (2 double crochets in 1 st) twice, 1 puff double crochet under chain st, 1 chain st, 1 puff double crochet, 1 chain st *;

7th row: * make 1 double crochet in the double crochet of the previous row, (2 double crochets in 1 st) twice, 1 double crochet, 1 puff double crochet under chain st, 1 chain st, 1 puff double crochet, 1 chain st *;

8th row: * 6 double crochets, 1 puff double crochet under chain st, 1 puff double crochet, 1 chain st *;
