Head Circumference

You Will Need

• 150g of UNIE 20 CORA yarn or LINIE 55 MONTEGO in different colours;
• Crochet hook size 7;
• Colourful pom pom.

You can choose any order of colours you like. Single crochets are made in circle rows. Finish the row with 1 slip stitch of the next colour. Double stitches consist of 2 single crochets in 1 base stitch of the previous circle row.

Stitches Control

12 stitches and 14 circle rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Circle Rows

1. 1st circle row: make a ring of 6 single crochets;
2. 2nd circle row: double each stitch = 12 stitches;
3. 3rd circle row: double every 2nd stitch 6 times = 18 stitches;
4. 4th circle row: double every 3rd stitch 6 times = 24 stitches;
5. 5th circle row: double every 4th stitch 6 times = 30 stitches;
6. 6th circle row: double every 5th stitch 6 times = 36 stitches;
7. 7th circle row: double every 6th stitch 6 times = 42 stitches;
8. 8th circle row: double every 7th stitch 6 times = 48 stitches;
9. 9th circle row: crochet without increases;
10. 10th circle row: double every 8th stitch 6 times = 54 stitches;
11. 11th circle row: crochet without increases;
12. 12th circle row: double every 9th stitch 6 times = 60 stitches.

On these 60 stitches, crochet an additional 16-18 circle rows without increases.

Make a pom pom from the remaining yarn and sew it onto the headpiece.
