You'll need:

Special yarn for babies of white and blue colours;
Knitting needles 3,5.

Instructions

Cast on 32 sts and place the, on 4 needles 8 sts on each needle accordingly. From 1st to 24th row knit with simple socks rib. It can be 1 x 1 or 2 x 2 rib. You'll get high rib as a result.

Continue worknig the same way. You need to decrease 1 st on each needle. Adter that there should be 28 elements left. Then knit the heel. You should connect the sts of 2 needles and place them on one, then knit 8 rows with stockinette stitch.

Make 10 knit sts and then start decreasing by means of knitting 2 links together as knit sts. Turn your work and make 6 rows with purls and then decrease the quantity of elements. Make decreases until there are 6 sts left. Then you'll see, that your heel is ready.

Divide all the links on 2 needles and you'll get 3 sts on each needle. Then start adding sts in the process of knitting 4 knit sts near the heel. Add sts until there are 7 links on the needle. Continue working and knit circle rows with stockinette stitch. Add white yarn to work and knit stripes with stockinette st.

Then start decreasing the sts and continue working. For forming your sock, you'll need to decrease 1 st in a stripe on each needle, until there is 1 st left. Cut the yarn, then draw it through the sts. Make a knot, tighten and fasten it.
